Tata, I would respond in this manner:
    Dear Mo,
According to the kuwaiti law regarding the freedom of speech, I am ONLY restricted from criticising the following agents:
    1) God
    2) Prophet Mohammed (mpbuhs)
    3) His highness the Amir.
Other than that I am totally free to insult whoever the hell I want as long as it does not fall under the category of ‘qathf’ (character defamation). And even if I defamed anyone’s character, the maximum penalty is 5000 KD without jail time, which of course would only be enforced by a court order preceded by a lawsuit.
So my dear Mo or shall I say ignorant motha fucker you have been formally enlightened about the kuwaiti law system. but I would like to enlighten you further:
I will insult whoever the fuck I want as long as i’m still abiding by Kuwaiti law because it is within my rights. however your threat email is illegal and can be easily tracked to your computor, hence your identity. but instead of wasting my time over frivolous things such as yourself I will simply resort to this: I invite you to be a man and introduce yourself to me without hiding behind your pathetic bahraini soccer alias…so that I may pleasantly shove a stick up your ass, and do other things to you that are frankly too nice to mention on this blog.
but since there is a possiblity that you are an underage sissy with nothing better to do than to sit at home and threaten strangers via the internet i will keep this brief for fear that it might send u cryin to ur momma late in the night. Sweet dreams dear Mo.

Ok just to be fair and to put you guys in the picture, I’m gonna post what I wrote back to him.

    Dear Mr. Mohammad Salmeen

I would like to express my deepest apologies for using inappropriate word to describe some of our government men. I’ve been told before to cut down on using the word ‘fuck’ but what to do ‘bo 6bay3 ma yooz 3an 6ab3ah’.

Actually when you think about it, what does the word ‘fucking’ add to the meaning of any thing. For example, ‘It’s fucking Awesome’ what would happen if we said ‘It’s Awesome’, nothing, The sentence have the same meaning. I think ‘fucking’ is just another modern substitute for ‘very’, like ‘It’s fucking Awesome’ and ‘It’s very Awesome’. See? Same meaning.

Last Monday when I was sitting next to the great Lulwa Al Gitami and upon al-khrafi’s orders we got kicked out of the parliament. I saw the way they were talking to her and while I’m sure it wasn’t “Fucking”, I can assure you it was “Impolite”, ‘Very’ Impolite. She’s their mother’s age for crying out loud. I really respect each and every government man and I appreciate what they are doing to protect our dear country but such attitude with an old lady is totally uncalled for.

‘I surf around alot reading different blogs’. Sir, Obviously you don’t or You would be having some serious problems finding time to write such emails to other bloggers who devoted their blogs to curse and make fun of not only ‘government men’ but also the ruling family.

Also, I just want to assure you that it will be a lot easier than you think to find me, just look at how many people saw me in my last post or maybe you want to buy all the papers I appeared on (which will cost you 950 Fils).

Last but not least, Thanks for ‘liking’ my blog and keep up the good work (writing such emails). We really need more people like you to protect our beloved country from bloggers who use the word ‘fuck’ in their posts.

I promise I will clean my mouth with soap from now on and I will try to stop using such colorful language.

Good bless Kuwait and its people
And save them from any harm

P.S: Please if you have any ‘comments’ on my posts, well, let them be on my posts.

    Guys,
I just want to say something, I know this guy and he couldn’t hurt a fly even if he wanted to BELIEVE ME ! But saying that he’s very “infi3ali” and he loves Kuwait to bits you wouldn’t imagine, he works in the army and he works soooo soooo soooo hard and he takes it soooo seriously it’s like he’s the head of the army or something! Even during the war 2 years ago he used to “iwa9el” not sleep and stay up all night long doing his job (even when it wasn’t his shift) not just because he has to but because he LOVES the idea of protecting Kuwait and it’s people.. He might’ve used inappropriate methods but someone who’s threatening to F*CK someone won’t type “keep up the good work” in the end..

TataBotata, to him what you said was the greatest insult.. again everyone is entitled to their opinions but some people find it hard accepting/hearing it..

I’m not saying what he did was right, but it isn’t as serious as you guys have made out to be..

    :)
