Eureka logo stolen?
Bloboz pointed out how enterprise’s rent-a-car’s logo looks very close to eureka’s logo and he was wondering if they stole eureka’s logo.
Dear Bloboz,
Yes, THEY stole it not the other way around, NOOOO. Since when americans got any creativity? They stole the logo from our creative local company with the not-so-local name.
Thanks
Tata
P.S: Yes people I was sarcastic in case you didn’t notice.

the similarities are there but i doubt the eureka people stole it from them. the only thing unique about the enterprise logo is the way the e in the far left is drawn and that wasn’t copied over to eureka. the boxing of the e is a very cliche and common/abused thing.
now lets set one thing straight first, i don’t like eureka nor their logo
ok let me continue now, eureka’s logo is very simple in form. how i believe the designer(s) started was having eureka written normally and the letter “e” highlighted. then they probably experimented boxing the name in various ways. very basic crap. I am sure there are tons of logos that you can find that might have a variety of letters not only e which are boxed in the begining. I mean there could be a company out there called Tatabotata for example and the letter T could be boxed. Wouldn’t mean they copied enterprise. Would just mean they werent creative enough to come up with something better.
There just isnt anything unique in the eureka logo where you could say for sure they stole it from a certain logo.

If you stare long enough on the Eureka logo you will see baby Jesus crying.

Mark, I know It’s a very basic logo and there could be hundreds of companies with a similar logo layout and colors.
Indeed there’s nothign unique in that logo I just thought the layout of “boxing” is pretty much the same.
I have no idea who designed that logo, do you?
Nibaq, I saw him.

Dude, be serious. Enterprise has been around for 20 years with the same logo… and Eureka?

I used to think the same thing for ‘Durex’ and ‘Coolex’ logos (Coolex is this refrigeration company that deals with Air-conditioning and such).
Both logos are similar colors and similar font (even sound the same). Eerie coincidence or blatant plagiarism?
