Kuwait Arabic Advertising Awards
Mark says the dress code is formal, the ad doesn’t. I believe mark though, however, I’m going there with my hair just like it is and I will be wearing the turtlenecks and the vintage jeans I’m wearing right now. (I realize it’s kinda early for turtlenecks but I just couldn’t wait. Shoot me. :p ) I will start some drama if any fucker said anything at the door. They even failed to remember adding their website to the ad … wait a minute …
OMG OMG OMG
So I just googled their website, which was only in arabic as far as I remember (one main reason I didn’t feel like submitting any works). KuwaitAAA.com (Kuwait Arabic Advertising Award) was the name of this thing, I don’t know what happened (somebody wanna tell me?) The page there has the logo of “Alzanki”, an internet marketing consultant apparently.

wait dont believe me! i heard formal from Nat because Saatchi told her formal. So I have been telling everyone i know formal including everyone at my agency, but then someone called and asked and its not formal. I guess its a rumor started by saatchi, blame it on Nat

بالعربي.. ان الشركة اللي سوت تصميم الموقع تعرضت للنصب والاØتيال من قبل اللجنة المنظمة لأنهم ما دÙعوا Ùلوسهم كلها رغم انهم استخدموه اعلاميا وصاØب شركة الزنكي كان على أمل ان اللجنة تدÙع اللي عليها، بالتالي قالوا له ان الدكتور الÙلاني توقيعه مو رسمي !! واØنا مو ملزومين Ùيه !! غريب والله ما دري اشلون الدكتور نظم المسابقة وسواها كون توقيعه مو رسمي
