How many hours of sleep do you need everyday?
How do you wake up?
Do you drink caffeine heavy drinks? RedBull? Too Much Coffee?
How many cups of coffee do you drink everyday and when do you stop drinking?
Can you tell I’m having a trouble having a fixed sleeping pattern?

on working it is usually 7 hours, with plenty of coffeee, on weekends and vacations, it is 9 hours with rarely any coffee.

I need 3-5 hours of sleep on weekdays (no siestas), and 5-10 hours on weekends.
When I’m tired I need someone to wake me up, when I’m not my cellphone does the job.
my main caffeinated drinks are (approx.):
Tea: 1-1.5 litre a day.
caffeinated soft drink (cola): 1-2 litres a day.
Coffee: 0.5-2 litres a week.
I don’t have a certain time for drinking caffeinated drinks, I drink them day & night.. even before sleep.
and because all my weekly caffeine intake is relatively low - when compared with a coffee-addict - I have a fixed sleep pattern, excluding saturdays when my sleep gets messed up.

I sleep at 2 am (knowing i have to wake up for work at 6)..so only 4 hrs of sleep.
I set my alarm at 5:30 am and hit the snooze button at least 4 times before I actually get out of bed…which can be at 6:30. and still i am late to work sometimes.
I drink coffee like no tomorrow at work for me to stay alert…and the occasional stomach pain from all that coffee.
Get the picture? That’s my daily routine…what joy

I dont use an alarm clock, but sleep with the drapes/shutters open so I wake up naturally. So I wake up on average at 7 +/- 45 minutes around that.
I avoid drinking caffiene to stay awake, I drink coffee cause I enjoy it.
The trick is sleep when you get tired. When I quit being a heavy heavy coffee drinker (4-5 double shots) I had the best sleep in my life and stayed awake longer than I have ever been.
Better living through chemistry only works when you know what your body is doing.

I usually get like 5 hours a sleep a night or so during the week. On weekends…12 or more if possible
I drink alot of soda, but no coffee or energy drinks.
Takes me a while to wake up in the morning, but my cellphone does the trick. Loud ringtone for it

To wake up refreshed and energetic (7 and a half hours - 8 max)
otherwise I’ll wake up either grumpy (lack of sleep) or my joints would hurt (sleeping too much)
I drink coffee with fat free coffee mate 2 to 3 times a day.. first one HAS to be at 8 am
depends on what i have.. if i needed to be alert, i could drink up to 6 cups or rather drink till my hands start to shake and my heart beats fast (usually happens around deadlines lol)
usually i sleep as soon as i lay down..however on rare occasions i become restless and sleep 2 to 3 hours (sometimes last more than 24 hours like earlier this week - stayed 30 hours then collapsed!)

My average sleep is 4 hours, that’s including afternoon naps.. I have one cup of coffee a day..

i have sleep deprovation…. thats why i booked 2 days off from work (tomorrow til mon) so that i can recover!
i hardly sleep, and when i do I keep waking up every few hours!
and yes tata you drink way too much caffine during the day so thats why u cant sleep and then I get pissed at u coz ur late for work
i think you should go to bed at between 10-11pm and wake at 6:30am… get ready, eat breakfast and head out at 8am, so u get to work in time for 9am
no more drinking a million cans of redbull cause they are evil! oh and cut down on coffee too…. you should never drink coffee past 6pm because it effects your sleep pattern as well… thats why i only drink 3 cups of coffee while im at work (9am-5:30pm)
oh and caffine free diet coke
so yah…. i need sleep! and its all ur fault!

I’d like 8 hours but I don’t get it! I get about 6 hours!
To wake up I set the alarm on my cell phone!
It’s been a while since I had any caffinate drinks and I don’t drink coffee!

wayh! touchy subject especialy since we’re in the 3iz of a holiday ;P
i sleep at 2 or 3 and wake at 1 pm on holidays.. i end up feeling like a corpse! and the whole day is ruined.. thats why i hate holidays ;p
on normal days, i sleep at 12 ish and wake at 7:30 am for my 9 am class.. bs i end up hitting snooze several times and wake at 8:30 and run to classes…

I sleep 6-7 hours a day .. I am always late for work (i hope i can do something about it) .. i sleep at 2-3 .. wake up ar 8-9 .. work starts at 7 am :S
no body in this world can ever wake me up :S .. my mom .. dad .. sisters .. brother .. maids .. all failed .. :S
I drink 2 cups if coffee a day .. goes up to 4 cups if am overloaded with work ..
I dont drink red bull or coke .. el 7mdillah ..

My Daily routine is this.
Sleep at 12:00~1:30
Wake up at 5:30~6:15
Drink Coffee…
Go to to work, stay till 3:00
Back home at 3:30 (Live in Mangaf)
Eat and go out. Repeat
Just try to limit your Coffee drinking habits to 2 cups daily and stay away from Red Bull and other high Caffine drinks.
