What’s the best way to ship a midium size box of food goods to the UK? I’m looking for something kinda cost-effective and fast. Do DHL and Fedex allow this in the first place?

aramex is good but i dont think they ship food unless u wrap them and they dont force you to open it. it was a hassle for me to ship food to US. bas dhl definitely ship food, expensive though.
