Someone clicked on the great PAUSE button on the remote control of Life.
It took Borj il7amam restaurant more than 5 years to complete lol.
On a serious note: I think the location of Dunkin Donuts is cursed. How many shops opened, failed business & closed there? Ever thought about that?

Dunkin is semi-open; I believe they have a stand in front of McDonalds(seaside). That said, the location is doing quite well for Coffee Bean. I believe Dunkin is still in operation .. as they have been scouting new locations.
