Biting The Big Apple
It’s 2 AM here in Denver, Colorado. After a week in DC we went to Huntsville, Alabama for few days and here we are packing our bags to leave the mile high city and head towards New York. I will post more details and pictures as soon as I’m back.
but for the time being I would appreciate suggestions on what to do in New York. I realize how crazy the question is. I mean “what to DO in New York” … Maybe I should ask what’s not to do. Ah … Sorry if I’m not making sense, did I mention it’s 2 AM and I didn’t pack yet?

Well go to any show any Broadway show.. its a must
eat from any restaurant at any corner.. corner restaurants tend to have richer food.
Else than food ?? hmmmm go to toys r us and remember me.

First and foremost, visit the Apple Store on 5th Ave. Hehehehe that’s where all Mac Lovers should go!
After that just explore the city I guess..

I lost my first reply… Grrr
a) pick up a copy of the village voice 1st thing. It’s the weekly rag, with all the news and happenings.
1) Go to the hudson Hotel, on 57th about a five minute walk from Columbous circle. Stay a night if you can afford it, or just have lunch or a drink in the awsome decor. As an Articitc type you’llbe amazed at the Alice in wonderland, pill that makes you smaller decor.
2) head up to the west side and go to Blondie’s for a beer and some wings. The regulars there are friendly, knowlegable, and 100% local. 212 W 79th St between amsterdam and Broadway.
3) while on the upper west side stop by Zabar’s deli (amazing slection of food) and pick up the best bagels in the world at H&H bagels. Bring a few dozen everything bagels back to Kuwait, and use them to bribe any expatriate New Yorkers you know. You could DHL a dozen of them to me in Oman, because you are be so overwhelmed with gratitude!
4) Central park is fantastic, but so it the less appreciated riverside park.
5) Head into Chinatown on a Sunday Morning for Dim-Sum. Flavourfull, Weird, Fascinating.
6) THe Museum of the moving Image (MOMI) is well worth a visit
7)Skip TImes Square, THe statue of Liberty, and the WTC site. Tacky, Touristy, Pointless.
9) ride the subway, It’s safe, and interesting.
10) Walk with confedence and Direction. Your only hassle then will be tourists stopping you to ask for directions.

listen man u have to go this club “EXIT” it used to be an old hospital which is transfered to a club with different rooms and different music in each room. then there is this church that is transfered to a club i think it’s called “the church” check on the name but it’s a must see coz the d.j. is operating from the breachers place.
